Job summary

Fabick Cat in Green Bay, WI is seeking a results-oriented Sales Associate for Power Systems rental and equipment solutions. You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and support the Sales Team with quotes and CRM updates.

You will engage with customers to understand rental needs, promote power systems, and help drive growth in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 1 year industry related experience preferred.
• 1 year retail sales or other sales experience preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong PC knowledge with MS Office experience.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, etc.
• Support Power Systems Rents Sales Team with project quoting and document compilation.
• Support customers by providing information, literature, etc.
• Contact prospective customers to determine rental needs.
• Performs market analysis to determine competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
• Process sales orders and works with Sales Admin/Project Management to close out projects.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within CRM system.
• Work with Marketing Team to support customer events, strategic marketing plans, metrics reporting and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge on Power Rental Equipment and technologies.
