Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow Earthmoving equipment accounts in the Madison, WI region. You will serve as a primary contact, understand client fleet needs, and tailor parts, service, and product support solutions to improve uptime and profitability.

You will travel within the territory, build trusted customer relationships, and collaborate with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to win new business and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal recent experience in machinery industry.
• 1–3 years outside sales experience, preferably with machinery.
• 3–5 years sales and/or heavy equipment product support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships as a strategic product support advisor.
• Understand customer needs and recommend parts, service, and solutions.
• Grow the business by expanding accounts and services.
• Drive value and revenue through proactive account management and reviews.
• Become a trusted partner by anticipating needs and advising on fleet support.
• Collaborate across branch with Parts, Service, Sales, Technicians.
• Own customer issues from start to finish and resolve quickly.
• Prospect for new business and expand Fabick Cat presence in territory.
• Stay connected to market needs and upcoming fleet requirements.
• Represent the Fabick Cat brand with professional customer interactions.
