Job summary

Fabick Cat in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Coordinator to support shop operations and customer service. You will open work orders, verify customer credit, route purchases, process invoice adjustments, and generate in-process reports for the Shop Manager and Field Service Dispatcher.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, and solid Microsoft Office, data entry, math, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens work orders, checks for customer credit. Processes outside job purchases to the proper work order segment and applies the correct mark-up.
• Coordinates shop purchases according to the department needs. Maintains a Purchase Order log and tracks outside invoice status.
• Gathers and confirms warranty information for claim submission and coordinates delivery of claim file to the Warranty Writer.
• Receives incoming customer calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate service personnel.
• Coordinates technician training expense needs and maintains logs related to fuel, Freon, oil, and related sales.
• Initiates inspection logs for Rent, Demo, or Used Equipment on CAT Used website and uploads inspection data.
• Performs miscellaneous duties and serves as a backup to Receptionist.
