Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to support our advanced power distribution equipment.

This role includes on-site and remote service with emphasis on electrical troubleshooting, safety, and customer-first support. The ideal candidate will perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance, while maintaining detailed service records and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Service experience with electric power systems – Required.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required.
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.
• Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.
• Clean driving record – Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support via email and phone.
• Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system.
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents.
• Travel to customer sites in the US and Canada; on-site field service duties.
