Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Sales Representative – Power Systems to grow a defined territory with a focus on electrical distribution equipment, switchgear, transformers, and field services. You will identify customer needs, present compelling proposals, and work with engineering and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

This role demands strong relationship-building, technical aptitude in power distribution, and the ability to manage an active pipeline toward annual sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 3+ years of successful technical or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling power-system equipment or services preferred.
• Familiarity with switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, electrical testing, power-system studies, maintenance, and field services preferred.
• Experience serving industrial, commercial, utility, data center, or infrastructure customers is a plus.
• CRM/ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory to meet sales objectives.
• Present proposals, coordinate technical resources, and support pricing decisions.
• Identify planned outages, capital projects, and service opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement to deliver solutions.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
