Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Sales Representative in the United States, Florida, Orlando area. The role focuses on identifying customer requirements, developing strategies, and achieving annual sales objectives for switchgear, breakers, transformers, and related services.

You will work with engineering, operations, and field teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive account growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in technical or industrial sales with knowledge of power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience considered.
• 3+ years of technical or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling power-system equipment or services preferred.
• Knowledge of switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, testing, and field services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and achieve annual sales, margin, and account growth objectives.
• Develop new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Schedule sales calls to understand power-system needs and reliability goals.
• Present proposals and communicate scope, value, pricing, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, estimating, procurement, and field teams.
• Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide forecasts.
