Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. seeks a Sales Representative – Power Systems to grow our Power Management solutions across a defined territory in the Pompano Beach area.

You will drive revenue by cultivating customer relationships, promoting switchgear, breakers, transformers, and related field services, and coordinating with engineering and operations to deliver win-win solutions. The role requires strong sales skills, technical aptitude in electrical power distribution, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of technical or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling power-system equipment or services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and achieve annual sales, margin, and account-growth objectives in the territory.
• Develop new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Schedule sales calls and meet with customers to understand power-system needs and challenges.
• Promote IPS power management products and services including switchgear, breakers, transformers, testing, maintenance, engineering, and field services.
• Identify outages, capital projects, and maintenance opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, estimating, procurement, and field-service teams to develop customer solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals with clear scope, value, pricing, and schedules.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
