Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) invites applications for a Power Systems Engineering Intern in Carmel, IN. You’ll gain hands-on experience with grid planning studies, contingency analysis, and real-world projects across teams, using tools like PSS®E, TARA, and EMS.

• Graduate-level engineering degree in EE or Power Systems.
• Proficiency in Python; strong Excel/Office skills.

• Assist with contingency analysis and transmission planning studies.
• Automate planning workflows using Python and SQL.
• Support outage coordination and reliability coordination tools.
