Job summary

Eaton’s Early Career Programs offer a structured training path for aspiring Electrical Power Systems Engineers. You’ll join a global service team delivering engineering, design, and analysis services to help clients run power systems more reliably and safely.

As a Power System Engineer, you’ll model data, interact with customers, and visit sites to deliver recommendations that impact real-world power distribution projects. This role includes a comprehensive development curriculum and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Electrical/Computer Engineering from an accredited institution, graduation before Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 overall.
• Minimum of one internship/co-op or equivalent of 3 months electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for multiple customers in power systems studies, power quality analysis, equipment startup, installation, maintenance, repair and training.
• Interpret specs and customer inquiries to design technical proposals and power system recommendations for customers.
• Operate in an entrepreneurial environment with the mission of providing high quality support and solutions with a focus on lead times and relationships with the Eaton sales team and end-users.
