Kimmel & Associates Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead the Power Systems Division, partnering with ownership to execute strategies for profitable growth and strong customer relationships.

The role requires overseeing financial performance, business development, manufacturer partnerships, and leadership of a multi-disciplinary team. A commercially minded leader with relevant industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience with financial results and business development.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and develop high‑performing teams.
• Working knowledge of diesel engine distribution and service requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual business plans with revenue, margins, and operating profit accountability.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
• Strengthen customer relationships through responsive service and coordinated support.
• Serve as executive contact for manufacturers and suppliers, including John Deere.
• Oversee sales, parts, engineering, and service operations to drive efficient processes.
