GHD is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Design & Delivery Organization for this upcoming summer in Bowie, MD. You will assist Engineers and Project Managers on a variety of tasks with a focus on Power System projects.

The role offers a hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration three days a week, allowing you to learn on the job, apply theory, and grow alongside a dynamic team.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Understanding of Engineering fundamentals.
• AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn on the job and apply theory in a practical setting.
• Able to manage several tasks at once and determine priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Making comparative engineering and economic evaluations.
• Gathering and compiling data.
• Performing engineering studies.
• Assisting with CADD drawings.
• Developing facilities layouts, schematics and schedules.
• Design calculations.
• Conducting cost estimates.
