Job summary

GHD is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Design Organization for the upcoming summer. You will assist engineers and project managers on a variety of tasks with a focus on Power System projects.

The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration three days a week in our vibrant environment, fostering growth and teamwork among a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Understanding of Engineering fundamentals.
• AutoCAD skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Making comparative engineering and economic evaluations.
• Gathering and compiling data.
• Performing engineering studies.
• Assisting with CADD drawings.
• Developing facilities layouts, schematics and schedules.
• Design Calculations.
• Conducting Cost Estimates.
