Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor for Power Systems to lead on-site teams at Starbase. You will oversee logistics, scheduling, and contractor management while enforcing safety policies and coordinating with engineering and facilities teams to meet project milestones.

Ideal candidates bring field supervision experience across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines, plus familiarity with project management and cost control in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Field experience in supervising a multi-discipline contractor team.
• Experience with project management, cost control, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and review shop and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of construction projects, including logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Procure and execute sub-projects, gather proposals, and manage contracts and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and end users for building operations and maintenance.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Maintain daily site operation logs and communicate status to management.
• Adapt work plans to meet deadlines while preserving quality.
