Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor for Power Systems at the Starbase site in Brownsville, TX. You will lead and supervise a team of laborers and contractors to enable construction and activation of infrastructure for various projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating site logistics, safety, scheduling with engineering and project management, managing assets, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining daily site records. Frequent travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision on a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to construction site logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to meet project goals and schedule.
• Manage construction assets (trailers, porta-lets, rental equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive on-site safety culture.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and internal partners; resolve conflicts.
• Handle site logistics: deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, staging.
• Maintain daily jobsite operations log; report to management as needed.
• Assist procurement and execution of sub-projects; gather proposals and contracts.
• Develop final costs and schedules; track status and coordinate with facilities.
