Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Power Systems to lead a team of laborers and contractors, ensuring safe, on-schedule build and activation of power infrastructure for Starbase projects.

You will coordinate field operations, manage assets, enforce safety policies, and collaborate with engineering and project management to meet deadlines while maintaining daily logs and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Experience supervising multi-discipline teams.
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling software.
• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
• Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop/fabrication drawings.
• Strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to enable project goals and schedule.
• Manage construction assets, safety policies, and on-site logistics.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM to create schedules and maintain daily logs.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor oversight; ensure cost control.
