Job summary

Meta Power Solutions, a leading provider of transformers and electrical distribution equipment, seeks a Sales Engineer in Lake Park, Florida. This on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens supports sales growth by delivering technical expertise and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and proven technical sales experience, with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences. Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
Experience selling Transformers, LV switch boards, MV switch gear, substation equipment.
Strong technical aptitude to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team on products and solutions.
Collaborate with sales and engineering to define customer requirements and propose solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training for customers.
Maintain relationships and provide post-sales technical support.
Assist in proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to generate leads.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
