Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Ability to respond effectively to changes in workload, schedules, and environment.
• Engineering degree preferred; Electrical or Mechanical related.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with customers, technicians, engineers, contractors, end users, internal teams, and other partners regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Conduct face-to-face visits with engineers, electrical contractors, end-user accounts, and other key stakeholders to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Serve as a communication hub for internal and external partners, guiding projects from inception through turnover to the end user.
• Coordinate with inside advisors, management, and other teams for quick technical resolution and support.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM opportunities and activity; prepare sales reports and market analysis.
