Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Product Support Sales Representative at our Charlotte, NC location. The role focuses on developing PM maintenance agreements, building strong customer relationships, and providing timely proposals.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate with CPS teams to ensure profit goals and service delivery, and respond promptly to customer requests. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 plus incentives, with DOE.

Responsibilities

• Seek new opportunities for establishing PM maintenance agreements.
• Promote and establish strong customer relationships to support PM renewals.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate contract terms to meet minimum profit expectations; involve CPS as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers; escalate issues to Service Manager as required.
• Provide follow-up communication on proposals to track award status.
• Perform site visits weekly to support service delivery and schedule coordination.
