Kiewit Power Constructors District seeks a Mid Level Safety professional to join our power generation safety team. This role focuses on planning and implementing safety programs for field projects across North America.

You will lead incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety awareness for employees and subcontractors at diverse project sites. Strong collaboration and field adaptability are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Heavy Industrial and/or Solar projects.
• Strong work ethic and solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and team collaboration.
• Proficient with standard office software and PC operation.
• Ability to perform duties in varying weather and terrain.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safety planning and implementation for power generation projects.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and other agencies.
• Establish KPIs and conduct audits to improve safety performance.
