Job summary

Forgent Power seeks a Safety Manager — Field Services to own the field safety program for a mobile workforce operating across utilities, data centers, substations, and industrial facilities. You will ensure safety first on energized and de-energized work with stop-work authority and close collaboration with leadership.

The role emphasizes implementing NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, and robust incident investigations, while driving a culture of safety across regions and crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive safety experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926; LOTO and fall protection.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the field safety program across multiple sites and crews.
• Lead safety observations, audits, and coaching in real time.
• Manage multi-employer site requirements and customer safety expectations.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures and training programs.
