Job summary

Forgent Power seeks a Safety Manager — Field Services to own the safety program for a mobile field workforce across utilities, data centers, substations and industrial sites. You will stop dangerous work, escalate safety concerns and drive a culture of injury prevention.

You will supervise incident investigations, develop training curricula and coordinate with HR and operations to ensure field teams are qualified, equipped and compliant with NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive safety experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926 standards, LOTO and fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Own the field safety program across multi-site field service operations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and safety platforms.
• Develop and lead safety training including NFPA 70E qualification and LOTO.
