Job summary

Clifford Power Systems in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the link between customers, sales and operations, managing rentals from order to invoicing. This role emphasizes scheduling, documentation, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate contracts.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, delivering seamless customer experiences while supporting quotes and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in rental coordination, logistics, or customer service.
• Familiarity with GP/Wennsoft or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools for scheduling, billing, and documentation.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the rental process from customer order through delivery, return, and invoicing.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, sales reps, and service teams to meet timelines.
• Track and schedule rental equipment in GP/Wennsoft; coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, and payments; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with quotes, equipment recommendations, and customer follow-up.
• Collaborate with branch operations on equipment issues and vendor coordination.
• Monitor job costs and vendor invoices to support profitability.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects Clifford Power’s quality and reliability.
