Sundt Construction seeks a Project Executive to lead large, complex power and industrial projects on-site in Phoenix, AZ. This role drives safety, profitability, and schedule adherence, guiding teams from preconstruction through project closeout with a focus on renewable power experience and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience managing mega projects (>$200M) and a four-year construction degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and lean scheduling

Qualifications

• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• 20+ years of experience managing large, complex projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Champions transition of projects from estimating to field with review meetings of contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and procurement.
• Manage project profitability, safety, schedule, and quality; ensure timely progress reporting and cash flow.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure appropriate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop PMP including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety, and risk plans.
• Lead or support business development activities including client contacts, proposals, and negotiations.
