Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead assigned projects in Phoenix, AZ, focusing on safe, profitable, and timely execution. The role progresses through Step I and Step II levels, handling projects from approximately $20 million and under to $20–$50 million, with increasing years of experience.

Responsibilities include transitioning projects from estimating to field, developing PMP, managing budgets, schedules, and procurement, and ensuring client relationships.

Formación

• Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects.
• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field, including reviews of contract requirements and schedules.
• Completes close-out requirements and punch lists in a timely manner; manages warranty callbacks to maintain owner/client relationships.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent on means and methods for successful execution; reviews manpower, equipment, and materials usage.
• Establishes the project charter and a comprehensive PMP including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety, and risk management plans.
• Has overall responsibility for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction; manages project budgets and change orders.
