Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced project leader to direct large-scale heavy industrial or mining infrastructure projects on-site in Arizona. You will oversee execution, safety, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while guiding preconstruction efforts when assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects.
• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.

Responsabilités

• Champions the transition of projects from estimating to field with review meetings.
• Completes close-out requirements and punch lists; manages warranty callbacks.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent on means, methods, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive PMP including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety, and risk plans.
