Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Project Manager to provide engineering development, oversight, and project execution for power generation ventures. You will coordinate with Tallgrass groups to align with business commitments, applying core engineering concepts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, planning, budgeting, and delivering clear documentation for projects from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management with 8+ years experience.
• Extensive PM experience in gas-to-power or pipeline projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost and schedule control, procurement and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and maintenance projects with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, execution plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with multiple Tallgrass groups to meet business commitments.
• Prepare bid packages, interface with contractors, and oversee turnover to operations.
• Provide monthly cash flow forecasts and progress reporting to leadership.
