Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a senior Project Manager to lead CCS well and subsurface execution from concept through operations. You will drive governance, schedule, cost, safety, and regulatory compliance across the CCS portfolio, coordinating with regulators, customers, and executives.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering/PM/construction management and 10 years of capital-project leadership in energy. On-site with travel, Tallgrass offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or Construction Management with 10 years of capital project experience.
• Leads multi-disciplinary engineering and project management teams.
• CCS/CCUS project experience and drilling engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, governance, and oversight for CCS well delivery projects across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and execution plans for CCS wells; oversee procurement and bid packages.
• Engage regulators, customers, and stakeholders; present strategy, risks, and results to leadership.
• Own project budget, cost control, and cash flow forecasting within the financial system.
• Ensure compliance with PHMSA, EPA UIC Class VI, Subpart RR, and Tallgrass policies; drive risk mitigation.
• Manage non-traditional hours, safety focus, and coordination across worldwide teams.
