Zusammenfassung

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct Operations and plant staff, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation. You will train personnel, enforce policies, and act as Plant Manager’s on-site representative during absences.

The role requires power plant experience, appropriate licenses, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required; a higher degree is desirable.
• Experience in a power plant environment is preferred.
• Licensing in ASME QRO or similar is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Directs and supervises Operations Department to ensure safe, clean operation.
• Enforces safety, environmental compliance, and company procedures.
• Trains shift personnel in safety, procedures and compliance standards.
• Maintains CMMS records, logs, and reports for plant operations.
• Reads and applies lockout/tagout and other safety programs.
• Serves as Plant Manager's representative during off-site periods.

Kenntnisse

Power plant experience

ASME QRO provisional license

Second Class Engineer license

Safety procedures training
