WIN Waste Innovations in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Operations Department, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient facility in line with company policies and environmental standards. The role reports to the Operations/Plant Manager and requires strong leadership and safety focus.

You will oversee staff, enforce procedures, train on safety and operations, manage lockout/tagout and other permits, and coordinate reporting and workflow through CMMS.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent desirable.
• Two years in power plant environment or 5 years related experience including training in power plant environment.
• ASME QRO Provisional license knowledge/ability.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and supervises Operations Department and staff to maintain clean, safe, and efficient facility operations during duty hours.
• Enforces company policies, procedures, environmental compliance, and safety requirements.
• Trains shift personnel in safety, equipment use, procedures, and environmental standards.
• Maintains lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and welding/cutting permit programs.
• Performs administrative duties: performance appraisals, disciplinary forms, reports, timesheets, attendance and tardiness.
