Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Operations Department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. The role involves training staff, enforcing policies, and managing documentation and CMMS workflows.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety programs, lockout/tagout, and permits, while maintaining plant morale and fostering teamwork across shifts. Overtime and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Desirable Bachelor’s/Associate degree or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional license is desirable.
• MA facilities require 2nd Class Engineers license.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Operations Department to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Enforces company policies, environmental compliance and safety standards.
• Trains shift personnel in safety, procedures, and environmental compliance.
• Maintains logbooks, reports, and CMMS work requests.
• Oversees lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and welding permits.
