WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Plant Manager to direct the Operations Department, ensuring safe and compliant plant operation around the clock. You will train staff, enforce safety programs, and manage reporting, records, and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s/Associate degree desirable.
• Two years in power plant environment as PO or 5 years related experience including training.
• ASME QRO Provisional license or ability to acquire; 2nd Class Engineers license for MA facility.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Operations Department to ensure safe, clean and efficient plant operation during duty hours.
• Maintains and enforces company policies, environmental compliance, safety and health requirements.
• Trains shift personnel in safety, procedures, and environmental standards; facilitates training programs.
• Enforces lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and welding permits; conducts inspections and reporting.
• Writes reports and procedures; maintains logs; coordinates with management during on-site and off-site transitions.
• Operates CMMS and creates work requests; monitors equipment, storage, and security across the plant.
• Ensures safe operation and promotes safety-first culture; documents incidents and preventive actions.
• Oversees performance appraisals, disciplinary forms, and attendance documentation.
• Maintains positive morale and teamwork between operations and all plant staff.
• Represents Plant Manager during absences and communicates clearly with all stakeholders.
• Completes training programs within specified time frames and adheres to safety standards.
