Job summary

Keel Infrastructure in Pennsylvania seeks a Shift Supervisor to manage all shift operations for steam and electricity generation. You will supervise personnel, monitor equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with the Ops and Maintenance teams, conduct routine plant tours, review logs, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Four years’ power plant/control room experience or equivalent education.
• High school or vocational diploma preferred.
• Ability to read/write English, and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations and personnel on shift to ensure safe, compliant performance.
• Supervise routine maintenance, log data, and report downtime and trends.
• Coordinate with O&M Manager and ensure procedures are followed.
