Job summary

Keel Infrastructure in Pennsylvania seeks a Shift Supervisor for on-site leadership of steam and electricity production. You’ll coordinate operations, safety, and maintenance with a focus on protecting personnel and equipment while maintaining compliance with permits and company policies.

The role requires four years in a power plant/control room environment, strong English communication, and supervisory experience. On-site work with routine safety and training duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in a power plant / control room environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Technical training and demonstrated ability to perform in similar work environments.
• Qualify as Shift Supervisor and Control Room Operator at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the power plant and safety of all personnel on site.
• Ensure plant operates in compliance with environmental permits, regulations, laws and company policies.
• Provide direct supervision to plant operations personnel.
• Assist Ops Manager and O&M Coordinator in department administration and power plant management.
• Conduct routine plant tours to inspect equipment and enforce safety rules.
