Responsibilities

• Monitor individual generation unit performance and operations to maximize revenue.
• Lead, direct and monitor troubleshooting of plant problems, prioritizing work orders and coordinating repairs.
• Prepare employee appraisals, stressing strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement.
• Act as the Plant Manager’s representative during back shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist with outage management and contractor oversight.
