Job summary

Luminant Generation Company LLC in Morrisville, PA is seeking an Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Maintenance Technician to safely operate and maintain a large power generation facility. You will handle routine and emergency maintenance on instrumentation, control, electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, transformers, and boilers.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of industrial experience, high school completion, and knowledge of GE Mark VI, RX3i and Allen-Bradley PLC

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience with industrial electrical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
4-6 years' experience in industrial environment required.
Knowledge of procedures to clean electrical motors and perform PM inspections.
Experience with high voltage switching/relays.
Experience with instrumentation and calibration routines.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant instrumentation, control, electrical and mechanical systems.
Provide technical troubleshooting for instrumentation and control issues.
Inspect, repair, install and remove motors, transformers, switches, and cables up to 4160 volts.
Tune and calibrate boiler controls for safe operation.
Maintain and calibrate plant instrumentation for reliable operation.
Document maintenance history and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
