Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Facility Manager for its West Palm Beach, FL site to lead operations, safety, and continuous improvement. You will develop teams, oversee outages and maintenance, drive productivity, and manage budget and capital plans.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of power plant or WTE experience, Six Sigma/Lean certification, and strong communication skills to influence across all levels of the organization. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Black belt or Green belt preferred.
• Proven track record of HS&E program implementation and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across all levels.
• Previous management experience in power generation environments including WTE, coal, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible site operations.
• Coordinate outages and maintenance planning to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead site operations to meet or exceed objectives and budgets.
• Develop and execute long-term maintenance, staffing, and operational plans.
• Drive productivity, quality, reliability, and employee engagement/retention.
• Champion Six Sigma/Lean tools to drive plant improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Represent Reworld in local government, community, and industry groups.
• Develop and maintain an effective site leadership team and foster growth.
• Address employee satisfaction, training, communications, and organizational structure.
