Job summary

Reworld is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at our waste-to-energy facility. You will drive safety, asset reliability, and workforce development, overseeing Mechanics, Welders, and E&I Technicians.

You will shape site maintenance strategy, budgets, outages, CMMS usage, and continuous improvement, in partnership with Operations, Engineering and EHS, delivering reliable operation and cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

WastetoEnergy maintenance experience or strong background in power generation, industrial, or chemical plant maintenance.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience required.
Engineering degree preferred.
Strong working knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including NEC.
Familiarity with NFPA Arc Flash safety requirements.
Preventive maintenance planning and execution experience.
Experience with major maintenance outages and reliability tools.

Responsibilities

Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Lead maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and reduce costs.
Oversee outage planning, scheduling, and execution.
Manage maintenance personnel and budgets.
Drive reliability improvements using root cause analysis and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and EHS.
