Reworld Waste, LLC seeks a facilities leader for our West Palm Beach, FL site. The role requires developing teams, promoting safety, and driving collaboration in paper mills, power plants, and chemical manufacturing environments. Veterans are welcome to apply.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in power generation with Lean/Six Sigma exposure and strong leadership and communication abilities to influence all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 5- to 10-years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
• Experience in use of Six Sigma tools, with Lean, Black belt or Green belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record of success in implementing HS&E programs and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels and with external customers.
• Previous management experience in power generation environments (WTE, coal, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle).
• Proven leadership as a team player and driver of value-added results.
• Strong internal and external communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
• Oversee and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices.
• Productivity: Coordinate outages and maintenance planning with regional/corporate resources.
• Lead site operations to meet or exceed objectives and annual plans.
• Maintain cost effectiveness through productivity and asset management.
• Develop long-term maintenance, staffing, operational and budget plans.
• Drive site strategy to increase discipline, productivity, quality, reliability, and engagement.
• Champion Six Sigma/Lean to drive plant improvements and growth opportunities.
• Represent Reworld in local government, community, and industry groups.
• Develop relationships with key clients to improve performance.
