Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Facility Manager for our West Palm Beach, FL site. You will lead safety-driven operations, develop teams, and drive collaboration across maintenance, operations, and support functions in a power generation setting.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in power plants or related industries, with Six Sigma/Lean experience and strong leadership. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
• Experience in use of Six Sigma tools, with Lean, Black belt or Green belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record of success in HS&E programs and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Previous management experience in power generation environments (WTE, coal, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle).
• Proven leadership as a team player/builder with value-added results.

Responsabilités

• Safety: oversee and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
• Productivity: coordinate outages and maintenance, lead site operations to meet targets.
• Customer/Community Relations: build relationships with clients and industry groups.
• Supervision: develop leadership team, drive continuous improvement and accountability.
