Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Facility Manager for our West Palm Beach, FL site. You will lead a team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while promoting collaboration and safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in power generation, with Six Sigma/Lean experience and strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• Experience with HS&E programs and business initiatives.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
• Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
• Coordinate outages and maintenance planning with regional resources.
• Drive site performance to meet or exceed business objectives and budgets.
• Develop long-term maintenance, staffing, and budget plans.
• Lead continuous improvement using Six Sigma/Lean methods.
