Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Electrical and Instrument Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a 24/7 power generation environment. You will lead planning, scheduling, and backlog management for industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and data acquisition, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of power plant maintenance experience.
• Industrial electrical generation and distribution knowledge.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and backlog management.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans and schedules.
• Supervise non-exempt maintenance employees and provide clear daily work direction.
• Complete required maintenance planning and execution reports.
• Plan and oversee electrical and instrumentation work, including scope, labor, materials, costs, and schedules.
• Support PLC and data acquisition systems.
• Serve as backup to the Maintenance Manager when needed.
• Promote safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible work practices.
