Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Completion of Tier 1 job performance measures in Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument & Controls.

• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, repairs, and maintains various types of plant equipment.
• Understands and is able to ensure proper operation of the plant; may oversee in the absence of management.
• Repairs and calibrates equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment and systems.
• Develops and implements plant operating procedures.
• Adheres to safety, health and environmental procedures (Lockout Tagout, JSA, Confined Space, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, PPE).
• Trains others in area of expertise.
• Performs technical work or analysis in primary areas.
• Gains knowledge of the entire plant cycle and its functioning.
