Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking an Auxiliary Operator to support our power plant and waste processing operations. You will monitor boilers and auxiliary equipment, read meters, and ensure safe operation of heavy machinery in a rotating shift environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2–3 years of experience with industrial equipment, with full training on safety protocols and PPE. Competitive benefits offered in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect power plant systems per safety operating procedures.
• Monitor boiler plant auxiliary equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, dampers, and conveyors.
• Read meters, gauges and instruments to identify trends or disruptions.
• Safely operate heavy mobile equipment including cranes and forklifts.
• Support safe and efficient facility operations and refuse-fuel levels.
