Responsibilities

• Coordinate service needs between customers and Field Service Technicians.
• Assist with repair estimates, maintenance needs, and parts identification.
• Process parts and service orders.
• Manage and maintain parts inventory.
• Expedite emergency and backordered parts.
• Support warranty claims and service documentation.
• Track technician activity, expenses, and service records.
• Help ensure customers receive timely, professional service and support.
