Job summary

Taylor Sudden Service is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Nashville-area team. You will coordinate service activities, communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance, and support the day-to-day operations of the Service Center.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service focus, and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

• Parts and/or service industry experience
• Experience coordinating technicians and service work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with forklifts, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or a related field
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

In this role, you’ll help coordinate service activities, communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenance, prepare service estimates, process service and parts orders, assist with warranty claims, and support the day-to-day operations of the Service Center.
