Methods Machine Tools Inc. is seeking a proactive Parts & Service Coordinator to support field service parts, installations, maintenance, and warranty needs across the region.

The role emphasizes service parts coordination (about 75%) with backup field service coordination (about 25%). You will collaborate with service engineers, ARC, Parts, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure timely parts availability and accurate information for service cases.

Qualifications

• Requires strong parts knowledge and coordination skills.
• Experience with service coordination and field support.
• Familiarity with ERP and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts for field service calls, installations, maintenance, and warranty repairs.
• Review cases to identify required parts, quantities, locations and dates.
• Identify and source required service parts and initiate procurement.
• Cross-reference part numbers and technical docs for fit and compatibility.
• Coordinate with engineers, ARC, Parts, Supply Chain, and customers on parts needs.
