Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship to begin or continue employment.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables and V‑Lookups preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and other finance tasks.
• Support month-end close and prepare financial reporting for project management.
• Understand cost and revenue components such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Help ensure compliance with budgeting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Operations to support project success and reporting.
