Kiewit is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support project accounting and finance tasks across projects valued from $1 million to $4 billion. The role focuses on cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and compliance, with responsibility for month-end close and financial reporting package preparation.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Travel/relocation up to 50% may be required.
Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is preferred.
Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Understands payroll and HR workflow and the systems used to hire, transfer, pay all employees.
Manages purchasing workflow, internal controls and invoicing.
Supports accounts payable and client billing processes.
Assists with cost and revenue forecasting and budget reporting.
Maintains organized work environment and clear communication.
Supports compliance with corporate programs and labor laws.
