You’ll lead a major maintenance enterprise within the Power/HVAC Division, hiring and mentoring a team of Service Technicians and Equipment Associates to ensure safe operation and readiness for rental.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to build a profitable location, applying maintenance knowledge and strong business management to deliver high quality service and improved

• Must have strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to supervise and coach technicians to meet time and quality standards.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Motivate, coach and train technicians to meet time and quality standards.
• Supervise technicians, ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Build strong customer relationships through high-quality service.
• Apply company policies to maximize productivity and safety.
• Manage shop operating expenses.
• Lead and measure continuous improvement of service and maintenance metrics.
• Meet regularly with Branch Managers to address issues and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
