Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Training: must live within reasonable driving distance and report on-site M-F.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operations to learn full equipment rental lifecycle.
• Engage in North America onboarding to sharpen sales techniques and build internal networks.
• Participate in outbound sales campaigns across construction verticals and customer segments.
• Master sales tools including CRM, inventory platforms, customer portal, and mobile apps.
• Lead high-level sales conversations, including price negotiations and rental contracts.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Join local team initiatives and safety/engagement activities.
• Track SDP progression and performance through real-time metrics and peer rankings.
• Receive feedback from leadership through meetings, coaching, and ride-alongs.
